WHERE WE BUILD
In 10 years, we have come far from the initial staring point. We still produce traditional Scandinavian Prefabricated houses in Northern and Central Europe such as Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, and Austria. But at the same time, we have customized our prefabricated houses successfully to warmer climate in the Mediterranean region.
Yes, prefabricated houses with proper insulation work well in snowy areas – keeping the cold air outside and warmth inside. However, by reversing the effect of insulation, we are able to keep the heat of the sun outside the house and achieve a comfortable fresh temperature in the rooms.
The mindset of once only stone building areas has been shifted and we have moved to Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece and even Cyprus.
Although transport to islands is more complex, through careful planning, we are able to reach distant areas by placing the elements into sea containers.
